A licence to use the software for the term purchased. It is personal, non-transferable, and bound to the first machine that signs in. The software is not sold to you; the licence is.
A licence is enrolled to one machine and verified by a weighted score of hardware identifiers, which tolerates ordinary upgrades. Using a licence on a second machine, or attempting to defeat the binding, is a breach of these terms and grounds for revocation without refund.
Licences may be revoked at any time for chargeback, resale, sharing, or abuse. Revocation takes effect on the next licence check: the loader stops and a running session ends. This is a feature of the product and you should expect it to work.
The software is provided as is. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Battlestate Games or BattlEye. You accept that using it may result in the loss of your game account, and that this risk is yours.
Once the payload has been delivered to your account it cannot be returned. Refunds are not offered after delivery. Requirements, the one-machine rule, and the possibility of revocation are stated before purchase for this reason.
Support is provided through the forum. We aim to answer quickly, but no response time is guaranteed, and support does not extend to problems caused by modifications, third-party software, or an unsupported operating system.
